Neil Flanary learned every aspect of the heating and air conditioning business while working an apprentice in his father’s commercial HVAC company. He began as an installer’s assistant, moved up to fabrication shop manager, and then worked in sales.
In 1992, he founded Brady Flanary. He initially focused on new construction but later switched to servicing and replacing existing heating and air conditioning systems. The company began to grow substantially. Homeowners appreciated the fact that there was one company in the industry that specialized in residential service.

Brady Flanary is dedicated to offering the best possible service. The company also cares about being a good community citizen. One example was the participation in a contest held by a Triad radio station. Listeners nominated families who were in great need of heat during the cold winter. Brady Flanary installed a free heating and cooling system in the winning home. Neil said helping a family in need touched the hearts of the entire Brady Flanary company family.
